PREV Winter 1902 Adjudication: NEXT

My apologies for the delays this weekend - Winter sees the loss of a Serbian army in Bitola, the addition of an Austrian F Trieste and A Wien, and a Greek A Larisa. Without further ado, we move straight away to the Spring of 1862, which will be due Thursday, February 18, at 1700 EST.
