"Failure to submit a disband for winter, will result in units being disbanded following these rules in order:

1. Units furthest from the nearest home center before units closer to the nearest home center"

Hmmm... Well, Greece is definitely farther from home centers than Albania or Budapest, sooooo...

W1902 Adjustments:
Austria: Remove F Greece
England: Remove A London
Germany: Build F Kiel
Build A Berlin
Italy: Build A Venice
Build F Naples
Russia: Remove F Skagerrak
Turkey: Build A Constantinople

Important Note for the Next Two Weeks:
I will be gone from the 13th through the 22nd. This means that I WILL adjudicate S1903 next Monday. I will NOT adjudicate S1903R, F1903, W1903, or anything in 1904! Therefore, it will not matter whether you send orders to me from next Tuesday through Friday the 23rd. It will matter a lot that you do submit orders to orders@diplomaticcorp.com, as Garry and/or Mike will be adjudicating from those!

But do send Spring 1903 orders to me, as I'm still in the saddle for one more movement phase.
