We have our builds in. A good smattering of F's and A's. My House Rules are put into use early in the game to help determine our Turkish removal. Turkey did not submit a removal.

France builds F Brest
Germany builds A Berlin
Russia builds A Warsaw

For Turkey the GM removes the F in Eastern Med because it is the unit not in an SC.
