PREV Winter 1902 Adjudication: NEXT

Just so you, while I received several players votes on NMRs earlier on, the results were split down the middle. I used my vote as President of the Senate to decide in favor of doing things the way I always do them. So, adjudications will wait for orders from all players. It has not been a problem so far, and thanks to the caliber of players on this board I do not expect to become one at a later date.

There are lots of builds from all of those neutrals plus the ignominy of a couple of disbands. The general rule is armies in the East and fleet in the West:
