Russia retreats to GoB and Moscow... and then... some builds:

Austria: Build A Vienna
England: Build A Liverpool
France: Build A Brest
Germany: Build A Berlin, F Kiel
Russia: Remove F Gulf of Bothnia, F Sevastopol
Turkey: Remove F Aegean Sea

I'll generally do retreats and builds like this, combined. It just saves having one extra adjudication... Spring 03 next Tuesday! June 25, 3pm Central.
