Personally, I still cannot wrap my brain around the idea of Moscow as a coastal space. Really? Moscow?!? But the Persians make good use of its port, parking an entire armada there and (one fears) fatally weakening the center of the Russian position. What with the Siberian yetis invading Ural, the Czar had better start scrounging around in his Chest of Desperate Measures.
China is ousted from Chongqing, but I'm not sure his position is any worse. Indeed, he may survive into 1904.
Elsewhere, there is a fair amount of repositioning and some curious thrust and parry along the Indian-Persian border. Oh! for a Cyrus the Great to establish an Achaemenid Empire or an Akbar to constitute a New Mughal Empire. It would simplify things.
There are three retreats. One (F Ural) is a disband. The other two have only one viable retreat, so I am adjudicating:
