PREV Spring 1903 Adjudication: NEXT

Sorry these are a little later than usual - I was out of the office this morning, so I had to catch up on a few things.

The Balkans are a bewildering mess, as Austria gets help from Russia to hang on to Greece and pick up Serbia, but Italy walks into the vacated Trieste. Russia fends off England's attack on St. Petersburg, and also foils Germany's move to Finland. England and Germany push deeper into the French homelands, as Italy sails unopposed into Spain.

There are three units dislodged:
The French army in Gascony may retreat to Marseilles or OTB.
The French fleet in Irish Sea may retreat to North Atlantic Ocean, Wales, or OTB.
The Turkish army in Serbia may retreat to Albania or OTB.

Since the dislodged French fleet has multiple retreat options, we'll have to have a summer 1903 retreat phase. The summer 1903 retreat orders will be due tomorrow, Tuesday 4/24 at 3pm Central (US) / 20:00 GMT. Thanks!
