A correction! Retreats! and a NEW DEADLINE!

The Spanish fleet in Montevedeo (MVD) move to Rio de Platt (RDP) should have been successful. This has been corrected. There's a new .map file to update RP available at: http://mainecav.org/diplomacy/Imperial1840/imperial1840.map

Also I have two sets of retreats in, and Holland only has two choice one of which is OTB. I'll assume the retreat to FRG and we'll carry one from there.
