Always wise advice, I figure. But there's some elephant kissing and elephant pooping all around the board - falling hardest on Peru, Texas and the Heartlands. New York recovers from the Spring surprise to inflict some nasty damage, Mexico wrests control of the last neutral center from Peruvian hands and all of Florida's fleets in the Carribean seem to have fallen asleep at the wheel. (Must be that Bermuda Triangle..)
Four retreats are required after the Fall carnage. Quebecs fleet in Nunavut, Peru's navy in Nicaragua and Heartland armies in Beauce and Chicago all need to find new homes. Deadline for the Early Winter 2003 retreats will be set for Saturday, February 2nd (11:59 PM GMT).
