Hi folks,
Dizzying moves in western waters net England one build at France's expense. In the east, we have our first casualty as Russia and Turkey complete the job on the Arch-duke. We have three retreats and all only have one province to fall back to - but to keep consistency I did not auto-retreat. Winter 1903 retreats and adjustments will be due Friday, January 25th (11:59 PM GMT).
