Here they are! These are a little later than I said they'd be, but I tried to keep you guys posted so hopefully that's not an issue. I haven't heard from Italy, but I'm not going to worry about that, considering the insignificance of his position. I think we should just put him into Civil Disorder - but maybe he has something to say about that.

Russia has one place to retreat to (besides OTB), so that retreat is due in 24 hours. Deadline for Winter 03 is Thursday, September 18th at 9:00 PM (GMT -8). Keep in mind that the deadline shown here (dc results page) is for Winter, not Autumn. Also, the time is not GMT, it's GMT -8.
