Please note we had two nations with NMRs again this fall: England and Austria.

ENGLAND! Unless you submit a retreat order by Thursday, October 23, your nation will be in civil disorder... you will be out of the game! English F Norway can retreat to Skagerrak or Norwegian Sea or Barents Sea. Other players... England is the only nation with a retreat... but it will not impact winter builds/disbands. WINTER 1903 BUILDS/DISBANDS ARE DUE MONDAY, OCTOBER 27. If I get them all, I will do it earlier. If I have all but England AND I have not heard from England by Thursday, I will do it earlier. Here are the builds/disbands:
