PREV Fall 1903 Adjudication: NEXT

Sorry this is a bit late, I was a bit distracted by real life. The Illinois State Senate just voted to remove my boss from office about 30 minutes ago... certainly a once-in-a-lifetime event! I'll have to get used to not saying "Lieutenant" before the words "Governor Quinn".

Plenty of movement in the west, while the action in the east plays out a bit more slowly. On the western front, France sails into Liverpool, while England receives an Italian support into Kiel. Turkey moves out of Sevastopol and retains control of it whie gaining Moscow. Italy moves to the Aegean Sea and Austria moves to Galicia, each gaining position but no centers.

Both German units are dislodged. The army in Ruhr has no valid retreats and is destroyed. The army in Kiel may retreat to Berlin or OTB, which would allow the unit to be rebuilt as a fleet.

Winter 1903 adjustments are as follows:
England: build 1
France: build 1
Germany: no change, or build 1 if retreat OTB
Italy: build 1
Russia: remove 1
Turkey: build 1

Both the autumn 1903 retreat and winter 1903 adjustments are due tomorrow, Friday 1/30 at 3pm Central (US) / 21:00 GMT. Thanks!
