Apologies. The only missing sheep this time was your GM. Re-acclimating to work after vacation proved difficult so I am behind on getting these out. We will stay on track now.

We have one retreat needed (the retreat for FRENCH A in Paris is not needed since it will be disbanded in Winter anyway):

ENGLISH F NTH can retreat to a variety of places including off the board.

If I can get that retreat by Friday at 6pm CST we will move on. If I get the order marked as FINAL before then then we shall move along to Winter.

Winter seems to have several gains and one loss:

Turkey removes 1
Russia builds 1
England builds 1 (2 if NTH retreats OTB)
Austria builds 2
Italy builds 1

We will target Monday at 6pm CST for Winter03.
