None. Not even a dislodge-disband. The result?

Last season, I wrote of the West: â€œThe minor re-shufflings should make the Fall active enough.â€œ Boy, was I wrong. Fall 1903 in the West was dull. Not a single English, French, or German unit moved. Nor did the Russian units in Scandinavia. Bupkis. This Winter, England will have to scrap a unit while Russia will do quite the opposite. Perhaps then things in the West will shift.

In the East, Austriaâ€™s units were like sheep whose shepherd has been struck down. They were scattered. Italian and Russian units quickly advanced to close the gap.

Thus, the table is set for Winter. Lots of adjustments. Everybody except France has something to do:
