F37 Redux - Another GM Error...

But no real impact on Winter. I did not realize that I had received orders from Paraguay (so no NMR there). Several lessons here:

1. Keep your confirmation from your loser GM
2. Please please use the appropriate subject line in your emailed orders. This one was a simple reply to my Spring results email and I did not realize it contained orders. I know - uber-weak defense for the all-knowing Lord of the March but I am running a few games right now so it happens.

So, you can see the Paraguayan moves in the attached. Essentially, Mon holds, Asu-For, Crt-Asu. All succeed and in spite of having 4 centers, Paraguay has none available to build in so it does not alter our Winter builds.

SINCE the positioning and moves could alter someone's strategy/diplomacy, I will give everyone until Thursday the 10th to confirm their builds. IF I get 3 "FINAL" confirmations before then we shall move along. Either way, we will have Spring 1838 next Thursday the 17th at 6pm CST.
