Neither Germany's army in Belgium nor Italy's fleet in Albania have a retreat so they are disrupted.
Some of you are gabling huge by waiting until the last second to send in your orders. You are gambling that I am not at my computer and just waiting for the deadline to pass before posting the Results. And, some of you are losing the gamble. I hate to harp . . . but there is no reason why you can't submit preliminary orders and then change them later.
This is a tournament and the deadline has come and gone; so, we will move on, with or without you. Not trying to be harsh . . . just laying out the facts.
