Episode 7: I'll Take the Mid-Size, Thanks.

It's all sixes and sevens at the top of the board after the first three years of struggle here in Europe. Five different powers all claim mid-size status at the moment with 6 or 7 SC each.

The exceptions to the rule are our unfortunate brothers in Austria and France, both of whom were pig-piled by three of their neighbors. Despite that, both are still very much with us, and not ready to go out without one last fight.

Austria may have lost two home SC to the AIR devil, but that hasn't kept him planning a good-bye trick. I see a red army in Ukraine. What do you think? Will that be the red unit still on the board come next Spring? That's for the ArchDuck to know, and the Tsar to find out.
France lives! Who is most surprised? The French themselves, or the English fleet that was expecting to winter in Lisbon? I don't know, myself, but it certainly adds a touch of added... tension... to the French exile story.

RETREATS
Russian A Silesia can retreat to Galicia or OTB.
Austrian A Trieste can retreat to Tyrolia or Vienna or OTB.
ADJUSTMENTS
Retreats will not affect adjustments this time. A, I and R need to submit adjustments. The rest of you can take the day off.
Building 2: Italy
Building 1: Russia
Removing 2: Austria
See the tables at the end of this message for complete SC Ownerships and Adjustments.
NEXT DEADLINE
Retreats (Autumn) and Adjustments (Winter) are due simultaneously tomorrow night, Friday, February 10, by 18:00 EST.

Cheers,
Chris
