France sails unopposed into London, Germany marches into Belgium, and Germany supports France's recapture of Brest. Russia gains Munich with help from Italy. Italy crushes the Turkish army in Albania, but in the process leaves Trieste in Austrian control.

Only one retreat is due, but it will require an Autumn 1903 retreat phase:
The German army in Munich may retreat to Bohemia, Burgundy, Kiel, Ruhr, or OTB.

Winter 1903 adjustments will be as follows:
Austria: build 1
England: remove 3
Germany: no change (or build 1 if retreat OTB)
Italy: build 1
Russia: build 1
