PREV  Fall 1903 Adjudication:  NEXT

*Cut*
*Dislodged*
*Disbanded*

Those are the results for Germany, and what a brutal set they are. Rene, I fear you may not outlive 1904. Your neighbors all seem intent on remedying their short-term unit shortages with temporary boost from German home centers. Berlin, Kiel, and Munich all change hands.

In other lands (and seas), a chain of Austrian, Italian, and Turkish fleets advances toward Western Med; the Turks dislodge a Russian fleet in Rumania; Belgium is swapped; and the Tsar applies judo to advance his St. Petersburg fleet to Norway while allowing England entry into Barents Sea.

In addition to the disbandment (A Kiel), we have three retreats due tomorrow... not to mention adjustments. So, let me remind you that you *are* allowed to submit winter adjustments that are conditional upon autumn retreats. For example:
If Munich retreats to Silesia, build this;
if Munich retreats to Ruhr, build that; and
if Munich retreats OTB, don't build.
Just remember, the conditional orders must be crystal clear and should cover all possible scenarios.

Retreats:
French Fleet Western Mediterranean may retreat to Mid-Atlantic Ocean, Spain (sc), or OTB.
German Army Munich may retreat to Ruhr, Silesia, or OTB.
Russian Fleet Rumania may retreat to Bulgaria (ec), Sevastopol, or OTB.

Adjustments:
Assuming that all units remain on the map, the adjustments are as follows. Please note that Russian and Turkish totals depend on Fleet Rumania's retreat (Turkey may be advised to use conditional orders...).

Austria: Supp 7 Unit 6 Build 1
England: Supp 5 Unit 5 Build 0
France: Supp 6 Unit 5 Build 1
Germany: Supp 1 Unit 2 Remove 1
Italy: Supp 1 Unit 2 Remove 1
Russia: Supp 6/7 Unit 6 Build 0/1
Turkey: Supp 7/8 Unit 6 Build 1/2

So, England can take tomorrow off. Everybody else... submit orders!
