PREV  Fall 1903 Adjudication:  NEXT

I have the feeling that more happened this turn than is actually shown in the final analysis. Positioning was gained and lost, not to mention a handful of interesting centres changed sides. Here's what we have for Fall 1903:

- England and France exchange capitals. Now the House of Lords meets in Versailles, and the French President resides in Buckingham.
- Germany is expelled from Germany. The Dutch and Flemish are now the inheritors of German heritage.
- Russia regains St. Petersburg, and through capture of Kiel establishes himself as the Baltic Sea power.
- Turkey reclaims North Africa, uniting the faithful Muslim nations, but Vienna is not the target of this Ottoman. Yet.

There was a proposed draw. However, my house rules prevent any draws before 1905, in order to ensure some development of the game.

There is one unit to retreat and some adjustments to make. You may find both below the orders. The deadline, as always, is Friday, April 18th at 20:00 GMT.
