Apologies for the delay. I schedule deadlines in windows of time where I know I can adjudicate. Once those go by it is very difficult for me to get back to running the turn. Therefore if I am missing orders it throws everything in a tailspin.

I have been trying to avoid NMRing anyone but it was unavoidable this time. In the future I will start running strict deadlines and NMRing anyone I don't have orders for. Sorry but I have to keep the flow of the game going.

That said, Austria NMR'd. I think he has had something personal come up and I will wait a few days to hear from him before setting Winter deadline as final. As it turns out, he wasn't hurt at all by the NMR!

Others were not so lucky - we bid farewell to Russia. Thanks for playing Sam and better luck next time. That opening was always going to be hard to recover from.

For record-keeping purposes, we did have two retreats and both had one option plus disbands forthcoming so I went ahead and auto-retreated them: F StP retreats to BOT, A Mun retreats to Boh.
