Hey all,

I appear to not have any orders from our Russian. According to Blitz rules, even though he NMR's, he can still retreat. He only had one set of valid retreats that would allow him to retain all his units, so I adjudicated as such. If he disbanded all three, he would gain one build in the hypothetically empty Sevastapol. So as you submit builds, realize that he does have that option.

As far as center changes, the south remains pretty well unchanged, but Germany and England make gains. Builds look like this:

Austria: Even
England: +2 (+Stp, + disbanded F Gascony from the mutually destructive retreat)
France: Even (- Mar, +disbanded A Gascony from the mutually destructive retreat)
Germany: +2 (+Mos, +Mar)
Italy: Even
Russia: -2 (-stp, -mos). Potentially +1 if all three units retreat OTB)
Turkey: Even
