All,
We bid farewell to Dennis and Germany. Officially, Germany had one retreat, the A in Kie. But it's only option was Ruh and Germany had no home centers left and would owe a disband.

Thanks to Dennis for sticking around. I invite him to submit an endgame statement for all if he would like and I will make sure it is included in the final accounting online as well.

Aside from the German disband, there were no other retreats needed so we move to Winter.

England, France and Russia all get 1 build
