Well this one continues to be interesting. If there are clear alliances I am not smart enough to ferret them out. It is always nice to be entering 1904 with a full compliment of players though. It makes for quite a fun game.

Some business - Turkey had to retreat from Serbia. There were only two options - Alb and Greece. I auto-retreated it to Greece BUT Morgan can change it with Winter orders if needed.

IF that affects your disband or build, please put a conditional statement on your disband or build orders.
