DC205 - Early Winter 1903 - A Dropped Ball

My most sincere apologies to all of you. I completely dropped the ball on DC205 last week and this is totally my fault. That's a case of beer I owe all of you. =)
Very quickly, Germany retreats to Berlin and Italy to Tyrolia. I'd have adjudicated the Winter as well, however not all sets of orders are in. (Which makes sense, as you were all probably waiting on the retreats..) I'll set the deadline for Winter adjustments for Tuesday, October 21st (11:59 PM GMT) but I'll adjudicate as soon as all orders are in.
Once again, I'm sorry I let the game slip guys. You folks deserve better and it won't happen again.
