Due to the mix-up with Fall's adjudication Mike Sims has suggested this:

Players for Board 4 will have until Tuesday to submit Spring 04 moves. If all moves are received by Monday, however, adjudication will take place on Monday.
If adjudication IS delays until Tuesday the Summer turn will take place on Wednesday instead and by Thursday we will be back on schedule with Fall 04.

With that in mind I will look for all your orders Monday at 10:00PM EST - if they are not in I will then issue an email finalizing the revised schedule.
