PREV Winter 1903 Adjudication: NEXT

All,
France has officially resigned from our game due to personal commitment conflicts. After consultation, I have decided to put France in
anarchy and continue the game without seeking a replacement. Given the French position and center count, I felt that this was the correct
thing to do for the game [that plus mercy positions are notoriously hard to fill].

As another update, I have had a player request a long lead time for an upcoming adjudication [however, NOT this one]. My House Rules
state that I typically honor these and I feel that this one should be honored.

So what does that mean for our game?

1. S1904 Deadline - Saturday June 14th, 11:59pm CST [adjudication will probably follow the next morning]
2. F1904 Deadline - Wednesday July 2nd 5pm CST [adjudication will be done that night]
3. France is in anarchy. All units hold where they are and can be eliminated by being dislodged.
4. In the interest of time, I am sending this email from work today so that we can move along. You will note that no
map is attached. I will produce an updated map tonight when I get home but I didn't want to lose time.
5. Removals/builds were:
France - Remove A Pic [in accordance with House Rules]
Italy - Remove A Sil
Russia - Builds F Sev, A War, A Mos

That should cover our business. I apologize for more unusual things but this one was out of my hands.
