Winter 2006

Dear Diary,
I have encountered several other teams this last year. One team seems to be a scientific foray. They are exploring the seas to the east of my original encampment, and were picked up by the Tempest station, which now seems to be in working order. Robin is out at the beach trying to talk them into joining our movement on the Original Inhabitants.

I've also encountered someone to the south. There's a graveyard there, and they are occupying that area. They are not very talkative, but I have shared some maps with them. Hopefully they will reciprocate and give out some map information with regards to the lay of the land in the south.

It also seems that when Maria was helping Helena enter the territory to the north of her current position, the Original Inhabitants slipped out of sight. Since I cannot see them in the temple to the north, they probably moved up along the coast.

Another good news this year as well. It seems that John, an old friend of mine who came with me on this expedition has appeared in the camp. He has not had as good luck in getting around, and has so far not found anyone else. He's been wandering around in the jungles and has not managed to set up a camp, but he's happy to join us now. I've introduced him to the rest of the team, and I've told him to build a small raft so that we can explore the seas to the east.

Sorry for the long delay, the maps are taking me a considerable amount of time. Spring 2007 deadline is at the slightly long time of June 2nd, 7pm Australian EDT (Ive got serious work commitments for the next 2 weeks)
