Ok this time at the REAL deadline, only Italy gets the NBR as Austria and Turkey get their builds in, in plenty of time per Cory's original deadline.

NEXT: Spring 04 will be due MONDAY - that's only 2 days from today, but that gets the game back on the standard blitz schedule. I think Cory's deadline time is 3pm Central, so we'll go w that unless he wishes to revise it to something later.
