4 armies and 1 fleet is raised as Europe descends deeper into this chaotic blood bath. Turkey is still in "surrender" mode. The Austro-Hungarian empire has also fallen victim to history. Meanwhile, in America, the Wright brothers successfully launch their first airplane. Orville comments (in 1915, but we'll ignore that historical fact) that aerial reconnaissance will make war "... too expensive, too slow, too difficult, too long drawn out." Clearly, the time for war is at an end. But will Europe heed the call?
