I am afraid we must bid Christian farewell and we move on.

So what does this mean? It means that Austria is in Civil Disorder. That means that all units hold and can only be dislodged by normal dislodge rules. They do not have any order other than HOLD. If dislodged they are disbanded and don't get rebuilt regardless if there is an open home center or not.

So, we do move on. We have our Winter adjustments and are ready to move to Spring04. It will be interesting to see how/if things change now that Austria isn't in the picture.

Let's have Spring04 next Thursday at 4p EST.
