We Have an EGP (Endgame Proposal)
4-way Draw EFRT

Sigh. Won't even try to make excuses. Schedule slowing down significantly though so the importance of me running a turn in a specific "window" will be less impactful to our turns coming out.

Several things to slog through:

A 4-way draw means that EFRT share the spoils of the game with AGI getting a survival credit.
We vote on the EGP with Spring orders. Votes are submitted with orders and I only count votes that come in with orders. It is up to you whether or not you vote YEA or NAY and whether you "tell" others how you vote.
EGP's only pass unanimously. If someone forgets to vote, the vote fails. I will try to remind you if it is missing but....
We have disbands and builds: Austria disbands F ADR, Italy disbands A Tri and Germany disbands A Ber. England builds F Edi, France F Mar, Turkey F Smy and Russia the lone A in StP.

With that we move to Spring 1904. That deadline is next Thursday the 1st at 4p CT. We shouldn't have any more delays.
