PREV Spring 1904 Adjudication: NEXT

More intrigue, as Germany assists an Austrian attack on Warsaw, France and Russia bounce in the Norwegian Sea, and Turkey pushes westward. Italy drives France out of Spain, but not before France's dislodged army actually helps to preserve Italy's control of Marseilles.

Three units are dislodged, and two of them have multiple on-board retreat options, so we will have a summer retreat phase:
The French fleet in the North Atlantic Ocean may retreat to the Irish Sea, Mid-Atlantic Ocean, or OTB.
The French army in Spain may retreat to Portugal or OTB.
The Russian army in Warsaw may retreat to Moscow, Ukraine, or OTB.

The Summer 1904 retreats will be due tomorrow, Tuesday 2/14 at 3pm Central (US) / 21:00 GMT. Thanks!
