To business...we need 2 retreats [read at the VERY bottom] and some builds. Notes: pending retreat, England builds 1 or 0; France builds 1; Turkey builds 1; pending retreat, Austria builds 1 or 0; Italy, PENDING AUSTRIAN RETREAT - remove 1; Russia removes 2.
