I apologize for the slight delay in posting the results.

Note, Germany is being placed into Impassable Civil Disorder as a result of maintain 3 or more supply centers. This is meant to prevent delay while attempting to absorb the imbalance caused by civil disorders especially of large key powers. This rule renders Den, Kie, Ber, and Mun impassable. This rule was assimulated from the 2-player World War I scenario regarding Italy during the first game year).

Due to requests, the deadline until a replacement Germany is found for W04 is 2-18-11 by midnight/ 12:00 AM Eastern Standard time. If I can find a replacement player, the deadline will be readjusted granting time to negotiate; otherwise, F Hel who resides outside of a German supply center will be disbanded. Also, if I can't find a replacement player, Germany will be placed into Passable Civil Disorder; otherwise, the house rule becomes disruptive.
