Strange turn, indeed. England and Russia make gains against each other, while France slowly presses forward in the Med. Turkey's government goes into exile, and Italy is buttressed at nearly every turn and loses Venice, but still manages to get a build. In fact, somehow there are NO disbands necessary, despite 5 units being raised. Strange for 1904.
