Numerous units are dislodged on this turn, as Turkey marches into Budapest and Russia sails to Sweden. Interestingly, two moves that dislodge a rival actually take a unit out of a center, leaving both Vienna and Warsaw under control of the power who held it in 1903.

Autumn 1904 retreats will be as follows:
The Austrian army in Budapest may retreat to Vienna or OTB.
The Russian army in Galicia may retreat to Bohemia, Ukraine, or OTB.
The Russian army in Livonia may retreat to Moscow, St. Petersburg, or OTB.
The Russian fleet in Sweden may retreat to Baltic Sea, Finland, Gulf of Bothnia, or OTB.

Winter 1904 adjustments will be as follows:
Austria: remove 1 (or no change if retreat OTB)
France: remove 1
Italy: build 1
Russia: no change (or builds to replace units that retreat OTB)

Since both these phases have orders due at the same time, tomorrow, Friday 2/17 at 3pm Central (US) / 21:00 GMT, you may send conditional winter adjustments based on the autumn retreats. Brian, if you send retreat orders marked FINAL ahead of the deadline, I can post the autumn results in time for everyone to send clear, non-conditional adjustment orders.
