Slow and steady wins the race. So goes the old saw, and so goes this game in 1904. The littler folks are mostly holding position, while the bigger folks push slightly forward.
We do have a new board leader in France, who leaps out to a commanding 7-6-6-5 lead over the other "big" boys on the board. We also have a couple of retreats, as Italy defends by attacking in the Western Med, and the Russia fleet is forced out of Sweden just as we all expected.
I was looking forward to sharing an evil chuckle at the Kaiser's expense, but it turned out that the German misorder didn't make a lick of difference. Oh, well, maybe next time.

Russian F Sweden can retreat to Finland or Gulf of Bothnia or OTB.
French F Western Mediterranean can retreat to Mid-Atlantic Ocean or OTB.
ADJUSTMENTS:
Liverpool goes over to the French, and so accounts for the only adjustments this year. England must remove a unit, and France may build one if he wishes.
