Sorry for the delay. Live in Charlotte and I have been digging out my driveway to be able to go to work tomorrow!

We did officially have one retreat - Italian A Bul could ONLY retreat to Greece (or OTB I suppose) so I went ahead and retreated it. IF for some reason Nathan wants to go OTB then Austria doesn't have to remove one and Italy would have to remove one.

As it stands, below are the Winter adjustments:
