Another interesting turn guys. I apologize for the delay. I was late getting to the turn only to realize I was missing orders or had misplaced them. But we are back online now. DCI never disappoints and this one is no exception.

First we have retreats:

English A Bel retreats to Ruh (only option)
Italian A Mun auto-retreats to Tyr (I took the liberty). It could also go to Boh if you want Max

Both of those are contingent on Winter anyway so no need to give the option for OTB since disbands are required.

Winter adjustments are as follows:

Austria removes 1
England removes 1 unless A Bel wishes to go OTB
France builds 2
Italy removes 1 unless Mun retreats OTB
Russia builds 1
Turkey builds 1

Let's get those adjustments in by Thursday at 8pm EST.
