Few retreats to take care of..

Turkish A Serbia can retreat to Trieste

German A St Petersburg can retreat to Finland or Livonia

French F Western Mediterranean can retreat to Gulf of Lyon or Tunis

Retreats and adjustments due tomorrow, and everyone gets an adjustment this turn. However, things are a little sticky this time around...

The below adjustments are the base numbers, before retreats. However, if the French fleet retreats to Tunis, he gets an additional +1 and Italy gets an additional -1. If anyone retreats OTB, this also gives them +1 to the below numbers.

Given this, I will endeavor to post retreats as soon as I get them to let people know exactly what the final build/disband numbers are.

This means, PLEASE be sure of your retreat choice before you send it to me, because I will adjudicate Autumn immediately upon receiving everyone's retreats, even if it's later tonight. If I don't get them until tomorrow daytime, I will be at work, so I can send the retreats but not the map.
