Sorry for the delay. I just totally flaked with Christmas and all.

I want to thank Jon for sticking it out and playing through to elimination. Hope you enjoyed (as much as possible) and will be back in future games!

We had only 3 retreats and I auto-retreated them:
Austrian A Rum retreats to Ukr
Austrian A Se retreats to Alb
English F Hol retreats to HEL

Of these, the Austrian ones are irrelevant. However, England can go OTB and have one build instead.

We move to Winter which I would like us to have due on Tuesday the 2nd at 4p CST.

Adjustments are:

France builds 1
Italy builds 2
Russia removes 1
