The board irrevocably changes with the Winter adjustments. We move on into a vastly different Spring with fleets in Brest and St. Petersburg(nc) and armies in Warsaw, Moscow and Constantinople. Meanwhile, emptying of units are the spaces in Skaggarak, Berlin, Tyrolia, and Venice.
