Sorry it took me longer than I had anticipated to get to this adjucation. Fortunately, Matt noticed I had failed to note the build Spain was due.
Given Roger's absence and my late publication of the winter retreats/adjustments, I've moved the spring deadline back a week. There's another player absence coming up, but I hope a temporary replacement will be found, so as to keep us on track through September.
