I'm thinking Austria and Enlgand have abandoned, as neither of them sent in orders again. Turkey also apparently neglected to send in his build. So Turkey's build is waived, and Austria and England had the units furtherest away from a home center removed automatically. See ya Monday by 8:00 AM CST (13:00 GMT).
