Have a slight correction to make in the Spring 05 results. Looks as though both RP and your humble temp GM were fooled by a convoy paradox down around Bulgaria.
Turkey CONVOYED to Bulgaria. This side-steps the advancing Russian army invading Constantinople, but of course still bounces with the Russian move from Rumania.
The net effect - Turkey still is dislodged from Con but manages to set up a traffic jam bouncing traffic back all the way to Ukrainia. Apologies for the error - it was a tricky little bit of adjudication that I missed and my thanks to the players who pointed this out.
The revised map is attached. Fall 05 moves remain due on Thursday, Feb 12th (11:59 PM GMT).

We roll smartly into Spring 05 as the Italians neatly tie the bow on the French in Tuscany. The English regain the North Sea and the Russians manage to find their way into Constantinople...
One retreat was needed other than the French auto-disband. However the Turkish army in Con had only Ankara to resort to, so I took the liberty. (Michael - if OTB is preferred then please just let me know and I will correct it.) Given that, the Fall 05 order deadline is set for Thursday, February 12th (11:59 PM GMT).
