From Belgium through Berlin (including Denmark), there's lots of change on the coast. France and Russia move in while England and Germany are movin' out. Oddly, there are no retreats (but the dislodged German fleet from Berlin disbands).

The Boot of Italy witnesses many changes, too, in a sort of counterclockwise way. The end effect is two Italian retreats:

F Ionian may retreat to Albania, Apulia, Tunis, or off the board
A Venice may retreat to Rome, Tuscany, or off the board

Generally speaking, my two favorite nations to play are Austria and Germany, but you couldn't pay me to have either one of them on this board. Along with Italy, the Central Powers are getting rudely treated. Almost certainly, one of you is building up some pretty bad kharma right about now.
