I realize I have cut into your negotiation time with this tardy adjudication; I apologize and will make changes (like setting an alarm on my alarm clock) to keep this from reoccurring.
This adjudication was done very quickly, because of its tardiness and because I am now late for work. Please look it over and be sure that I got your orders right. I will submit a new adjudication if I screwed this up. I hope that won't be necessary, but I don't have time to check and re-check as I usually do.
Italy is no longer on the board. Technically he cannot be eliminated until the supply recount after the Fall season, but considering the number of NMR's over the last few weeks, I think we can say Italy has been Eliminated.
