Everyone is back in action as France and Italy return from their holidays.

Lots of action in this one!

Austria cuts Smy support when Smy was supporting Austria -- to no effect tho as the Turk empire drops from 3 to 1. England seizes the Mid Atlantic and StP, rounding both corners while Italy sets full sail to the west and Germany snuffs out the French in PIc.

Many orders, all due TOMORROW (Friday) 4pm Pacific:

RETREATS:

France: F MAO can retreat to NAT, Por, or NAf
Russia: A Smy can retreat to Ank or Arm

This retreat then affects the builds!

BUILDS:
